Would you like to have whiter teeth? If so, nothing is wrong with that. There are thousands of people who would like to have whiter teeth. Some people can take good care of their teeth and brush all the time, but stil not have the results they want.
Let’s face it, some people just naturally have whiter teeth than others. But there are ways to whiten your teeth, and it doesn’t have to cost a lot either. Here are some free teeth whitening tips.
Of course you do need to be taking good care of your teeth. You should be using a whitening toothpaste and brushing your teeth at least 3 times a day, especially after meals and before bed. Brushing and flossing can help clean the enamel on your teeth, which helps to whiten them.
You might also want to try some of the teeth whitening products available at the store. There are lots of whitening strips, creams, gels, and other products to help whiten your teeth. Prices vary, so you can find one that looks good for you. Just remember to only stick with one product at a time so you can see what is working and what isn’t.
There are a couple old home remedies you can try too. While they don’t work as well as whitening products, they are still helpful. One method is to mix baking soda and hydrogen peroxide and brush your teeth with that. It can be a little hard on your gums though, so if you have sensitive gums you might want to find some strawberry pulp instead. Strawberry pulp has a slight bleaching effect, and it is more gentle on your gums.
Don’t forget your dentist if you really want good results, either. Laser whitening treatments might be a little expensive, but they will give you the best results available.
